A second plate with another opening can be fixed by bolts to the first plate. On high vehicles, the shank can be installed with the large plate turned downward. On low vehicles, the shank can be installed with the large plate turned upward. The shank can be fastened with a receiver lock pin and a safety clip can be inserted in the hole on the end of the pin to secure it.
